Intaglio-inspired Gelli Printing! – YouTube.

If you want to take printing with kids to a whole new level this is the way to go. This video shows you how to do printing with a styrofoam plate, a ballpoint pen and some acrylic paints. What I found interesting about this video is that is obviously made into a high speed oneso you don’t have to spend all the time needed watching this activity done in real time. (It’s like listening to the old records we had on 33 rpm at the faster speed, for any of you old enough to remember records) You get to see how to do it in half or a third of the time as most of the videos about this technique. Of course, the design made on the plate in this video is quite a sophisticated one and the children doing them will be unable to fill up their plates with as much design.
